How to solve Google Play Store, connection errors on Android phone

At times we love to download certain apps that suite our heart, but get this annoying message when trying to connect to Google Play store "No connection, please try again".This message may come as a surprise to you, because your phone/device is connected to the internet and still get such kind of message. Whereas all other apps on your phone/gadgets is working fine and running smoothly with the internet connection on your phone. When ever you come across such error message, you may be thinking thay your phone connection isn't strong enough, but i bet you connecting your device to another connection (wifi) won't solve the problem. Worry no more as i have the solution for such an error message.

Read below and find or choose the best method that will work for you best, from the below steps of solutions to message like, No connection; Connection error try again; after reading this article the problem is solve.

YOU NEED TO SET YOUR PHONE TIME AND DATE.

Google play store works with time and date,because it tends to synchronized with the main master server, in other to released and accept datas,so with such ability of Google play store you need to check your phone date and time and make they are set accurately, so that you won't received any error message when connecting to Play store market on your devices. To set your phone on android phone ; Go to menu >> Settings >> Date and Time >> Review automatic time and date.then amend it where necessary if is not set correctly.

YOU MUST REMOVE UPDATES.

Occasionally play store usually run updates underground without the concent of the owner of the phone noticing any change in updates,if such is the case of your own then you need to revert to to former update. And the problem may stop.To revert back or to uninstall updates, go to play store >> navigate to uninstall update and press uninstall updates.

UNINSTALL ANY VPN OR PROXY APP ON YOUR PHONE.

By simply removing any vpn or proxy app running on your phone ,you need to connect directly to the Internet without any third party server .Because this vpn and proxy tend to interfere in the connection of the Google play store.Navigate to menu >> Wireless and network>> and modify your setting by removing any proxy vpn running on your phone,if the above steps didn't work for you, try the next one.

YOU NEED TO ERASE ANY HOSTED FILES .

This step is easy and straight forward, but the turn down of this step is, your Android phone has to be rooted to do this, if your device is rooted navigate to app menu >> File manager >> Browse through to the root/system/, now you need to delete '" hosts.txt "' on your phone. Problem solved.

CLEAR CACHE.

Our android phones operating system usually keeps/store caches, for it to be able to bring contents and save the bandwidth of the device effectively and efficiently. Keeping of caches by to Os of the phone can be the reasons behind that error message you get anytime you try to connect to play store.Is advisable to always erase caches of play store and restart the app on a timely basis, either weekly or daily, depends on what you want.By doing this it will resolve the connection error .To clear your caches go to Settings >> App >> Google play store >> Tap on it and press clear cache and ok !.

RESET TO FACTORY RESET.

The best way to solve this kind of problem on Google play store,is to do factory restore,if you do a factory restore on your device, i bet you the error message will stop.But remembered to connect directly to the net without any third party app.To do factory reset navigate to >> Settings >> Back up and Reset >> now choose Factory Data Reset,and click Ok.Mind you , removed your external sd card if you have anything tangible on it, to avoid stories that touches the heart, as the admin of our blog wont be held responsible for mis use of this solutions.

UPDATE GOOGLE CHANGE'S ON PHONE.

If eventually you change your Google account password for any security reasons , then you need to try and sign in to your account on your phone with the latest password you might have switch to, so that your account can commuicate to play store without any problem.To log in ,go to >> Settings >> Click on account>> Choose the Google account, now removed the account and re-add another Google account and sign in with your latest details.
