FIRST BANK PLC ,just of recent i received a message from first bank PLC stating that,dear value customer you can now recharge your registered sim at any time with a single code.Below is the screenshot of the message that i received.
To recharge your line as one of FIRST BANK PLC customer,the line you intend to recharge must be the one that is link to your account. That is the one you usually received alert with ,because with the code that is been use to recharge at any convenient time, doesn't require any pin before it could work. So to recharge your registered line, simply dial *894*AMOUNT # ,e.g *894*1000# and send on your phone with your registered line/sim ..And instantly N1000 of recharge card will be credited into your account. It depend on any amount you want to recharge, just include the amount after *894*.and your line will be credited instantly.
This is a welcome development from First bank plc i hope they will soon create an avenue that will allowed their customers to recharge other line that is not registered to one's account. At least it will save you,the stress of going to the ATM machine when you feel like recharging your line.
